Children's Information

Team Epimetheus does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13 without direct parental consent and authorization. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website without consent from their legal guardian, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.


Online Privacy Policy Only

This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities and is valid for visitors to our website with regards to the information that they shared and/or collect in Team Epimetheus. This policy is not applicable to any information collected offline or via channels other than this website.


Personal Information We Collect

The information that we collect when a potential collaborator submits content includes, but is not limited to, an 'Intellectual Property Release Agreement' as well as the 'Submission Form', and is used i.) to produce a legal record of the origins of submitted content ii) to produce a legal record to establish the authorization to use and disseminate those submissions as we see fit and iii) to establish a means by which Team Epimetheus can distribute royalties to our collaborators. We do not provide any information disclosed on those forms to any third parties and have deemed all such information as classified. Therefore restricted access to that information is controlled and monitored by the administrative faculty here at Team Epimetheus.

We are legally required to annually disclose any changes to this limited access, We are further required to provide a list of any third parties that we might permit access to this information for the purpose of securing and protecting such information. At this time all submitted information is kept on a hard copy without regards to forms submitted through email. Any personal information submitted by email is subject to the privacy policies of those parties. The information collected electronically will be processed into hard copy formats and filed in a secure location and the corresponding electronic versions will be deleted to reduce online security breaches.

In addition to tracking the origins and release of submitted content, the personal information submitted within these aforementioned forms is used to establish a means by which Team Epimetheus can distribute royalties to our collaborators when such earnings have been declared by Team Epimetheus and its administrative faculty. Should the personal information submitted on the Team Epimetheus Site, or to its administrative faculty through third-party email correspondence (found only on the Team Epimetheus 'About Us' page) be found to be incorrect, false or incomplete, a reasonable attempt will be made to contact the submitting party and to verify and resolve any informational errors for the purpose of appropriating monetary royalties to them.

  The New Year is here!!! For so many wonderful people that means rocking in the year with their hearts set on fresh starts and some lofty goals. But you won't hear us here at Team Epimetheus diminishing the aspirations of others. "Aim for the heavens and settle for nothing less than the stars!" we say. Goal setting is the foundation to success. Now that the year has begun we would be remiss not to discuss our goals for the next four quarters. But before we look forward let us take a look at what was done last year. Reflecting on our accomplishments and lessons is a good start to planning out the new year. By recapping 2023 we can see what goals were not completed, why and what can be done differently. At the end of 2022 we had many great goals set for the project.
