In addition to working hand in keyboard with AI, our contributor Timothy has stepped up and taken a more active roll in the production process. He is currently working on production of videos for each of the races of Aborlon. Videos that may very well end up in the pilot game itself. His in-depth knowledge of modern video games and unapparelled knowledge of the Epimetheus world promises an amazing collaboration that is generating new energy.
China has released access to their new public AI Kimi K. The artwork that it has produced was not at all useful. But the real aide came when we were able to use it to build the basic structure of our pilot game in HTML, CSS and TypeScript. Unfortunately the amount of syntax written in TypeScript is a bit of a hurdle. As Developer Producer my main focus was to get familiar with HTML and CSS to build both our very own website as well as a pilot web-browser game. That focus included the Syntax language JavaScript (JS), not TypeScript. So the code will be fed into ChatGPT to be transitioned over to JS.
If you are interested to see the improvements, then you need to spend time reading (I know!! What a painful thing to do huh?) through the nations and regions covered in the World lair. ChatGPT has been extremely useful in the production of a solid in-depth world where races, conflict and natural wonders abound. In fact if you would like a better understanding of some of the ways in which we are using this well-rounded AI you can reread this same article after being edited by ChatGPT <here>.
We hope that you are enjoying our blog as we continue to share the development of the story, history and world that is Epimetheus. If you would like to contribute or become part of the team feel free to reach out (nathan.epimetheus@gmail.com). No voice is ignored and our shoulders are broad enough to handle criticism. Until next post, God bless.

Great update! AI has been a tremendous help in moving forward with images and videos. Though, It can be grueling at times. Still.......faster then the not using AI. I consider it a learning process. Or rather, learning in process, as i go. There has been a lot going on. Progress is of the coming. N fingers crossed for a release date of the Pilot game ahead!

Great update. It has been a learning process working with AI. But, it has saved considerable time, when compared to not using AI. Its a "Learning Process". However, progression forward. Fingers crossed for a future release date of the pilot game this year!
ReplyDeleteAgreed. Working with AI is painting in a dream. Sometimes you put great effort in to get a mediocre result, while other times you need only mention an idea and produce something remarkable.
