Flying Pink What?!?

Furry Little Friend

You know I have literally been brainstorming on this game for over 25 years. True story yo. So as you can imagine there are all kinds of nifty little ideas that I have accumulated to make the World of Epimetheus not only the first of its kind but also interesting, surprising, and humorous.

Everybody loves finding easter eggs in a game right? So much so that they have become a relatively common element in today's games. Well in Epimetheus there is a flying pink bunny (which is supposed to be adorable by the way) that has a mischievous demeanor who also happens to have a little horn on its forehead. A flying pink unicorn bunny that loves to play pranks....ok check.

The easter egg part will include not only finding her but also catching the little miscreant. Seriously this little critter is fast and evasive. There will even be times where players can hear her snicker but not see her without enchantments or versa vice: cannot hear her without enchantments. And though this trouble finding woodland creature thinks she's funny I am not sure the rest of Epimetheus does, smh.

Now my faint-hearted friends, fear not for the fiasco is not finished, for this furry little friend of folly is feeling all forlorn with no last or first. Be the one yes the one, not to be mistaken for two minds you, that names her!! Lol. You see until further notice she is our 'World of Epimetheus' Mascot but we have not given her a name. Maybe you can help us... or um... her. Because I am not forlorn after all, she is.

Be on the lookout for the chance to name our new Mascot as our Product Manager has promised to make it an opportunity to have some fun. Hopefully not at my expense. In fact, I pray it isn't all that expensive in the first place.

On To The Next One

If you are an avid follower then you will have noticed that there are changes going on in the 'The World of Epimetheus' link. As we were putting the artwork together and creating individual pages for each category, species, grouping, and individual lifeform the number of pages accumulating on the blog were becoming too numerous to efficiently manage. So we have switched over to breaking down these elements over several blogs. The goal is to make navigation of the blog less complex and compartmentalize aspects of this project.

However, this also required a bit more time than the previous unsuccessful approach to accomplish. It also highlights how much more appropriate it would be to have our own website, but as I have mentioned before, patience is not a major skill in my toolset...yet. So this will take a little while and I promise to continue working on the races art as well.

I am especially proud of the 'Dragons' link. Obviously, all of our artwork will continue to be upgraded as more talented people jump on board and as our personal aptitude increases. If you haven't seen the 'Wildlife' link yet than you won't notice the changes or all of the missing artwork, but it will find its way back online before you can spell Rumpelstiltskin blindfolded.

Anywhodiddles on any given Sunday, as always we are interested to hear your thoughts. Please contact us and let us know what you think, or simply stay-tuned for the next event put together by our Product Manager Kimberly.

Thank you for taking the time to read this weeks post. See you next week!!
