COVID-19 MADNESS

This time last year I think there would have been many people who would have been incredulous at the notion that the entire world would shut down, many people would be cooped up in their homes, economies would be placed in peril or that livestock would start being euthanized on the cusp of a global crisis for a flu bug. But that is exactly where we are today. Then there are the politicians in America who continue their childish finger-pointing and name-calling. The times have certainly changed.

It begs the question: "When did our nation turn into such a circus?" Well grab your peanuts, popcorn, and cotton candy, assume a posture of relaxation, and enjoy this month's post which will be geared toward light-hearted entertainment. Sanitizer isn't needed, facemasks aren't required and social distancing is just a cute phrase we occasionally use as a punch line.

We have continued to move forward, yet remain six feet behind those in front of us, with the skill cards for the different classes of Aborlon. The classes Knights, Infantry, Fighters, and Assassins have all been completed. You can follow their links to get a description of each combat profession. (Small note, the Class name is a link) Within those descriptions, you will find summaries of the specialized classes and a link to their skill card. Please bear with us as these are fleshed out to provide more detail.

In addition, we have posted our first remastered contribution by a young artist, whose name we cannot reveal at this time. Some of you might remember that she also designed the dragon eggs for red, yellow, green, gray, blue, and black dragons. Also, she has designed some baby dragons that as of yet have not been remastered, so be on the lookout for those in the future. Next remastered artwork will be from the contributor Tim Wing. He has contributed an interesting creature that we are sure will be a crowd-pleaser.

There is still a need for talented artists, especially digital artists. We are always on the lookout for emerging talent and aspiring game developers. As of this date, there is only one person plugging away at it on a regular basis. While we are following along on the old adage that "If you build it they will come.", there is still a hope that it will gain some traction soon. The more minds we have collaborating on this game, the more successful it will be.

Do you want to contribute artwork? Maybe you have an idea you would like to share or maybe you just want to follow along with our progress. There are many ways to become part of the Team. You can follow us on Facebook to get many inside details and take part in surveys and polls that help shape the game. There is also a link on the left-hand side of the main page (you have to click on the hamburger icon if using a handheld device to bring up the option to follow) that allows you to receive an email of the monthly posts. Lastly, you can contact us directly by sending an email to nathan.epimetheus@gmail.com.
